Please suggest a CPM network for Asian traffic

Is there any such CPM network with 100% fill rate ?

    you can try facebook advertising to target only people in Asia if you are an advertiser,but if you are a publisher you can use Epom market where you can really monetise your sites.

    You can use almost all of the main paid traffic methods.
    I live in Asia and drive only Asian traffic to sites and I use the usual Adwords, Bing, RTB, Airpush, etc...
    Just make sure you target the specific countries and languages you want to reach.

    The cheapest sources would be RTB, but many of them don't have language targeting. You shouldn't worry about this though, if you're targeting a non-English speaking geo, they'll most likely understand your local language, unless the viewers are foreigners from other countries.

    Qadabra is good for Asian traffic but i don't think it can provide 1$ for 1000 view better to use Infolinks, i have personally used it and i can say it can give u near about 1$ or more than 1$ for Asian traffic. However, if you like pop under ads then go for PopCash, it will count each view and will pay you good rates. Or you can go for PopAds too, it doesn't count each and every view but it pays high for those it counts. You can also try India Vigyapan, if you belong to India

        Hi, i checked their dashboard and it was on CPM model, try them for one day and you will get the answers. There are no hard and fast rules on Infolinks and they accept almost every website even low traffic and blogspot websites.

        If you have any more doubts then you can ask me, i will contact them on your behalf.

        One thing that i have learned from experience whenever you feel any kind of doubt about an ad network or any company then its better to directly contact them in this way not only you will get the exact answer in addition to that you will be able to check how responsive that network is. I have used infolinks for one complete year from 2013-2014 until Google penalized my free hosted blog for no reason. The results were good, i received 3 payments from them and my traffic was around 400-500 visitors per day approx
