Best Affiliate Network For Getting Affiliates?

I know there are tons of affiliate networks. I was wondering what is the best network to join to get lots of affiliates?
It seem for example with many of the networks there is so many offers no one will notice my offer, unless they offer help to get affiliates.

Any tips or advice for starting an offer?

    Or... I do own my own affiliate software. If it better to manage my own affiliate program and try to recruit affiliates?

    It is better to get your product listed on sites like Offervault.com and get noticed. You can also approach CPA networks likes Peerfly and Maxbounty...FYI their managers are members of this forum and are very responsive.

    How close do you think you are to presenting your offer to a network? Keep in mind that you'll have to all the details laid out before hand. This includes the CPA rate, how the offer will convert, and what traffic is allowed.
