Is affiliate marketing the right choice?

so I have been researching and researching and am kind of torn. I want the freedom affiliate marketing offers and am determined to make it work. I am conflicted though and wondering if I should go affiliate marketing or private label on Amazon?

They both have pros and cons and just wonder if anyone has any thoughts?

    Why not do both instead of putting all your eggs in one basket..

    Affiliate products on Amazon convert well because people trust amazon, most people search amazon first for EVERYTHING...buttttt the commissions come in itty bitty percentages...with private label, I suggest you test out a small amount of products first to see if it actually sells. Also you should look into Amazon FBA and see if it would be profitable for you to join.

    Yes getting your feet wet with both affiliate marketing and FBA makes sense. I have done both for some time and plan to continue that way. Building multiple streams of income always makes sense.

    As for private labeling I would wait until you have an FBA business up and running before you take that next step. Start small with FBA and build as you learn.

    Also you mentioned you have been doing a lot of research which is great but just watch out for information overload. There is always more research and more learning that can be done but at some point you need to design your business and start running it and building it.

    Being determined to make it work is definitely a quality you'll need. Affiliate marketing can become very lucrative if you're able to persevere and learn from your mistakes. Just learn as much as you can about it before jumping it. Utilize resources like this forum and maybe even look at training course options. (Not a necessity however) After that you choose a traffic source, niche, and join a network (I suggest MaxBounty ) and start getting your feet wet. Actually doing it is the only way you'll learn certain aspects of affiliate marketing.

    So if it's something you've been contemplating, and you're willing put in the work and time, I say go for it!

    Why not try to do both? I mean why restrict yourself?

    Yes affiliate market is a good choice to make money. Affiliate marketing is a smart career. You can do this to earn money. There is lot of affiliate marketing sites. You can have a try on clickbank as well as others also.
