How To Target Android And iOS Devices With Bing Ads?

I'm trying to run some CPA offers with Bing Ads and I can't seem to discover how to specifically target iOS or Android devices. This was possible in the campaign settings until the changes that occur back in March this year.

I doubt that something so fundamental has been completely removed, so I hope someone can give me some light on this.

Yeah with that change you can no longer target specific devices like before, your ads will show to all devices (desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets etc), which sucks.

All you can do now is under device targeting, increase the percentage next to smartphone bids up to 100%. You still will get a few clicks from other devices, but most of your traffic should be from smartphones.

So they really removed this option, I wonder why? Apparently, they just followed Adwords on this, but Google now has its own dedicated mobile ad platform (Admob) so Adwords users will just need to use Admob for their OS-specific mobile offers.
