How to get another Adsense account after getting banned ?

Hey all,

I had an adsense account back 3 years or so and it got banned because of invalid click activity. At that time, I did not know anything about creating websites, or SEO. I was a complete newbie. I did not click my own ads or anything, however what I think the reason was, I copied content from some other website and it was only getting a few visitors. After getting banned I re applied on the same site and it got banned again,

Then i just forgot about Adsense and started looking into other things, but now I need an adsense account again and the reason is that my site is very close to getting ranked on page 1 for a keyword that gets 75k searches per month and a high CPC rate (Over $10).

So, this keyword has got a lot of "Adsense Value" and If i put adsense ads on it, it will be very profitable for me. Is there any way I can create another Google Adsense account without letting Google know about ?

I'm also interested in Legal solution where I can talk with Google and tell them about it and see if they can allow me a new account. But I don't know where to appeal for it.

On the other hand, if I use my brain, I think if I can.

- Get a new address that has never been used for Adsense in the past

- Get a new Internet Connection from a different I.S.P

- Get a new computer where i have never logged in to my past data.

- Get a new email created on a different I.P

- Use the same name (Because there will be thousands of people in my country with the exact same name )

I think I can manipulate it but I'm not sure if Google can still connect the dots and figure it out because the site on which I'm placing my adsense ads on is created on the same I.P that got banned so the big G might be able to figure out that.

There will be no other footprints other than the website data itself but I have also protected whois info on my site.

I want to know from someone who got his / her adsense account banned and then created another account in some way and using it successfully without getting banned again. I want to know how they did it.

Please tell me if there is any possible solution to this problem.

PS: I don't want to use chitika, infolinks or any other alternatives. Simply because I think nothing comes close to Adsense.
