Adwords penny clicks seem too easy...what am I missing?

Take a look at my screenshot using the adwords keyword planner.

I took two general keyword (pros - high search volume; cons - not as targeted).

I saw that I could get the most bang for the buck at 2 cents per click, bringing in about 50 clicks per day. Over 10 days, that would be 500 visitors for $10. Just one sale at $20 for instance already makes a profit.

Am I missing something? It seems that many mini-sites could be created to sell informational products with visitors coming in around 2 cents each. Sure, they won't convert as high, but it might be a nice ROI anyways if they are only 2 cents each.

Is this keyword planner accurate?

I think it is correct. Two days ago I drove traffic and the CPC was .03 per click. Maybe they have reduced the minimum CPC.

What keywords did you have? I want to see if it matches the keyword tool.

I only use bing ads but that's about what I pay for clicks over there.

That would be a nice ROI if you really could offer the service locally.
