Monetizing Wasted Incent Traffic

Currently, the company that I am working for has incent offers that we push out through affiliate networks and some direct publisher relationships. When a user completes our offer we notify the partner and they are then able to credit the user with their reward.

We have a lot of wasted traffic though, as many people won't complete the offer due to various reasons like not being a good fit due to their demographic or some other reason.

What would be the best way to monetize this wasted traffic? Ideally, we would like the user to still get a reward for spending some time with us and we'd like to be able to pay the partner $1.00 at the very minimum. The best offers I suppose would be those that pay high and convert high so we can give the user the best reward.

Any suggestions would be highly welcome.

What exactly is the process that a user goes through.

I assume that since it's incentivized, you are limited to offers that allow it, in order for the user to get their reward.

What happens when it fails, as you put it?

Do you collect the users info?

I'm not sure if the offers would be limited or not. Can you expand on that?
I never put it as failure... biut when they don't make it to a conversion point, the flow ends for them at that point.

We don't collect the users info. We don't ask for the users personal information, we respect their anonymity.

Your incentivizing users to perform some task(s) that is going to generate revenue for you, correct? If that is the case, then whatever the task(s) is, it needs to be approved to be used with incentivized traffic. Thus, limiting the offers that you can or can't use.

If you don't collect the users information, then how do you reward them with whatever was used as the incentive? Maybe I just don't understand the process that you are using...what your doing is totally different from what I think you are doing.

Can you elaborate on the process a user goes through?
