Promoting Offers

Hi everybody,

I make money through affilaite amrketing and wanted to start with cpa now. I got approved by azoogle and now I don't know which link to use to promote an offer. I have already found an offer that I want to promote but I don't know which link to use as my affiliate link. I know it is a stupid question but I am not getting it.

Is it the Tracking URL which I should use ?

    You will want to use the tracking url..

    You will also need to decide how you want to promote it.. if you want to try ppc or try a cheaper route like seo or article marketing.

    The tracking URL is already linked to you, so you dont have to do anything to it. If you have any other questions, just pm me.

    As kenster said, the tracking link is ready to go, but if you want, almost all networks provide an option to add sub-ids to your links to be able to track individual campaigns on a single offer. This might come in handy.

    Thanks for your help warriors. But I got a new problem (;

    I went to the offer that I wanted to promote and put the tracking URL in my browser. But everytime I hit the search button, there is a smiley central site coming up instead of the offers landing page.

    Perhaps the offer has expired. Check other offers to see if they work properly. If they do, then contact your am and ask why your link isnt working properly or if the offer has been deactivated.

    Unfortunately many offers hit their caps or are deactivated for other reasons without previous notice. Normally networks will redirect deactivated offers to similar ones on the network...perhaps this is what you are experiencing.

    Don't be afraid to ask your AM manager

    Alright just sent them an email. I hope that they will respond as soon as possible. I tried to put the Tracking URL of one of the latest offers in my browser but there is still that damn smiley central website showing up. It's making me crazy (:

    Im sure your am will get back to you soon, or try instant messaging them first thing...normally they all have their contact info listed.

    At least you are seeing smiley faces though...would be a lot more depressing if it was an agnry or sad face

    Yeah at least smiely. (: Hmm... I just realised that the smiley central website only appears when I try to use the tracking url of offers that only accept US traffic and I am from germany. Other offers that allow traffic from germany are doing fine. Do you think that this is the reason. If yes, can I promote these offers anyway to people from the US ? Will the link work for them ?

    Yes, all international traffic (you, since youre from germany) on the network is directed to the smiley central offer. The link should work fine for us visitors to your link.

    I am from the US and so dont have this problem, but I know you can use proxy to view the offers 'as if you were in the us'. This way you can see exactly what a US viewer would see.

    Perhaps some Warrior who uses proxies can give you some resources.
