CPA approval without website

I'm newbie but have some experience of marketing on youtube, forum, blogs, social media, ppc,ppv-----etc. Recently i have been approved a lower ranking network as it's cpl offers are few and not worth as well as not enough to my chosen offers so my earning is not enough to continue. I need to approve two more best networks but the problem is, I have not yet any site. I'm planning to make one or two offer based sites. I have haired Peerfly and Maxbounty both are newbie friendly. Please suggest someone, How can i get approve both networks without site.( after approval I have planned to run two offer based sites)

    Having a website isn't absolutely necessary to get approved. Just be honest in your application and explain thoroughly how you plan to promote offers without one if you're to be accepted.

    It shouldn't be a problem, just explain why you don't have a site and explain on how you plan on working with the network to drive traffic to their offers and above all, be honest

    You can create a free blogger website and then apply to CPA network.

    I been approved on almost all the networks without even using a website. CPA networks want you to be honest with your application. The website part can also be done after you have been approved.

    Well, It's like this i didn't know. Now i'm going to start a blog for only networks approval but I've different plane to promote my chosen offers( If approve). After approval i 'll start two offer based websites and youtube marketing. Be good enough to tell me what should i do and should not for networks approval as well as offers promoting. Thanks all
