if i have a 30$ what the best method to invest it in a Ad network as i'm a beginner ?

    No offence but that's not enough of a budget to get started in paid traffic, you'd need at least $300-500 to get started Imo. (Bare min)

    OP that amount is enough to get you domain and hosting but in terms of promotion you will need to up your budget. Highly suggest you to start your journey from video marketing and once you have enough money to spend, you can always go the paid route.

    I'll concur - that budget is WAY too low to get any traction or test keywords. Multiply that amount by at least 10x, otherwise you just won't be able to test the waters.

    I suggest you save up some more funds to grow your PPC budget a bit. Then you will be ready out the gates with your feet running
