The best network to build a list fast and pay for email leads?

I have a few lead magnets, one of which I would really like to use is a webinar recording of a method I use to generate clients (link in my signature as well).

Are there any networks out there that do cost per lead, basically paying out per person that opts in to get the webinar recording?

I'm looking to spend around $500 to $1,000 over the coming weeks to generate a decent list, but I'm a tad bit lost on which network would be best for my particular purposes.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

    I think pretty much any network will do a CPA deal where the action is considered a LEAD. Remember, you are the advertiser so you set the criteria as well.

    Whether you gain any traction or not though depends on your payouts, the product, landing page and the market itself as well.

    But if you have a working lander and set the payouts high enough I'm sure a lot of affiliates will start sending traffic, as getting paid per lead is always better than getting paid for sale from an affiliate's point of view.

    But why don't you do the list building yourself? If you only want to spend that kind of money, you might be better off just investing it into a campaign you can keep tabs on and control yourself.

    I kicked off an Instagram campaign that is doing alright, but I imagine a CPA network can give me the volume I need to scale to +500 leads a lot quicker.

    That being said I'm going to stick it with the ad campaign until I see it stop performing for now.
