Hey guys hope your all well.

Can I add adsense ads on a site like this 1 ?

It has mainly images and videos from youtube and other sites with little content of few sentances of what its about.

Please let me know if I am allowed to add it or not from their guideline.

Normally I don't ad any advertising right away on websites, I typically try to grow the user base first, but that's just me

You can add AdSense early on in your website. You aren't going to see a lot of traffic until you have done some SEO work or added content. It might start off slow at first but continue working and you will see some rewards.

yes you can add it but I recommend you to wait for atleast one or two mnths to add codes as after establishment your website will be adsense friendly and there will be no issues with adsense policy.
