Anyone Else Getting this FB error

I'm running into an issue with FB ads and I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue and/or know how to fix it.

I am attempting to use Pretty Link Lite to mask the CPA link for an email submit offer.

I chose "Send people to your website" and when I put in the URL I get this error:
"The destination you've entered can't be promoted at this time. We've detected that the content of your website might violate Facebook's Terms of Use and Advertising Guidelines. If you think you're seeing this by mistake, then let us know."
I then tried to direct link with the URL straight from my CPA network and I get the same message.

Do I need to send these offers to a landing page first instead of the email submit page?

I have direct linked before with no issues. I went back and checked a campaign that I started yesterday and already got some clicks, however they getting that error also.

I'm not sure what the issue is. I send a message letting them know that the page should be allowed, however I get an email from FB stating this:
"Thanks for taking the time to submit this report. While we don't currently provide individual support for this issue, this information will help us identify bugs on our site."
So basically they're not gonna respond.

Is anyone else facing this also and knows how to resolve. it.

I've ran into goofy things like that before. I would just use the raw link and I would make sure I my content doesn't violate the terms of use. Those are bots that regulate submitted links to keep the site safe. Just use the raw link because most larger sites these days show a different link when you hover over the submitted link anyway. Its a gateway protocol or something to calculate click-thru counts. Using the raw link is not going to hurt anything and I never ever ever cloak links anymore. Just my opinion!

Yes you will get that error because the CPA networks tracking links have been blocked by facebook

Use a landing page or iframe the offer if your direct linking.
