Want to Become an Successful Affiliate on CPA Marketing

HI,
I am approved affiliate member on maxbounty. I want to become a successful affiliate marketer on CPA network. I have been working with maxbounty for 8 months. I also use 7search PPC method of advertisement. It is laughing that I made only $17.50 among 8 months, where I spend more than $900 in different offer. I believe that it is possible to make some money using CPA network. May be I do some wrong.

For success, I searched on google and found I should promote my own landing page to build a list. It's very difficult for me because I don't know anything about the setup. I search and read lots of review product to find a perfect one who can help me to teach that critical topic.
Is it possible to promote CPA offer then use my own landing page and build my own list? Can anyone give me a positive advice for success on CPA marketing?

I am really helpless and wanted to bring myself a step up.

Yes you sure can build a landing page and promote cpa offers. It does depend on a couple of things. Sometimes the offer already has a nice landing page. There are acouple of advantages to having your own landing page:

    1.presell the offer
    2.collect the lead
3.create interest and pre frame your angle

For search ppc I would suggest to start with bing ppc if you can. get on youtube and learn if you have to or find a good product on warrior forum on bing ppc.

And the one thing I cant stress enough is tracking. If you are not tracking your traffic you might as well throw your money down the toilet. If you do not track will not be able to scale or be profitable. You need to know what keywords are converting and what keywords and bad. that's how you optimize a campaign.

Also test different ad copy. start with 3 and go from there to pick a winner or improve it to get a higher click through rate.

know that you will probably lose money when starting most campaigns. like I said. with tracking you will be able to spot converting keywords and cut the ones that are not. then keep optimizing tell you start profiting.

Start with a small daily budget when testing. Even $10 a day is a good start.

I promote CPA offers, mainly PPL and I do it quite differently than most.

I heavily promote PPL (pay per lead) offers. The reason why I choose PPL is that there is no credit card required, all a user has to do is fill out a form for me to make money. So conversion rates are typically much higher than for offers that require a sale. Basically I'm just generating leads.

I favor offers that have some financial positioning...have a make, get or save money angle to them. This is what has overall worked best for me and they tend to have the greatest mass appeal, so the potential exists to produce high volume.

There are many PPL offers that pay $20-$60 each (some higher depending on the vertical) that work well on front-end campaigns. Offers that pay less and even those that require a sale I will usually market on the back-end after breaking-even or turning a profit.

The way I generate traffic is through acquiring fresh/targeted data(email) in which I know what the users are interested in and I know there is a specific PPL offer that matches their interest. I also generate real-time co-reg that target specific PPL offers. There's some other data that I work with, but it's a bit more advanced for this post.

The reason why I acquire data over other marketing methods is that I'm building assets that I then own and can market to over and over at low cost. Compared to what most other marketers do, which is to buy traffic that will typically just end up turning into a bunch of one-time clicks, that they can never market additional offers to.

The key to acquiring data is to always start with a small sample and test it, when ever you are working with a new data source. This way you you can get an idea of the quality and how long it's likely to take to break-even before spending a bunch of money. Following this rule will greatly reduce your risk of ending up with a bunch of poor data.

When acquiring data, all I care about is how quickly can I break-even. This just goes back to the fact that I'm building assets that I then own and can market to over and over. So once at break-even it's not like I'm going to suddenly stop marketing to it, so turning a profit at this point is pretty much inevitable. The quicker I can get to break-even the quicker I can reinvest my capital in to more data.

Once I'm at break-even or turning a profit, I will typically test to see how aggressive I can be with promoting additional offers. They way to do this is to simply what your stats and back off if anything becomes unacceptable.

While this is just a real brief overview and there much more involved. It really does work when done right. Everyone that I know that is in the business, that knows what they are doing, does 6-7 figures. While that is very large range, it mostly comes down to having the ability to scale and then effectively manage the infrastructure that comes with scaling.

While this isn't for most, it's something to think about.

Can you give us more information on what you've tried with 7search? We will be able to help more if you give us more info.

I don't have success with 7search too. It might be their traffic is not so good , have you tried facebook ppc?

I tested direct linking with 7search n can't see success campaigns with them, so better presell it first

I agree with everything that James said. I'm personally not a fan of 7 Search and prefer to use Facebook to build out my campaigns. You can easily test, track, and build a list through their platform. Good luck!
