Hey Guys

i have 2 questions about MaxBounty ,help me please

1 - My AM Changed , It's normally ?? No worry about my account ??

2 - i want promote an offer with social ,so i selected Banner in Select Creative Type but there is two links to promote it like this :

i want tracking the offer with Voluum,who is the link i should enter in Voluum's settings, the first link or the second or both ??

Instead of banner, why not pick the social links?

Hi there,

It's possible that you just have a different AM at the moment due to some of the Affiliate Managers being away for Affiliate Rewards.

The first link you posted is the actual link to the offer, the 2nd is an image.

My Maxbounty affiliate manager has changed a few times, it's nothing to worry about.

If you are changed from an affiliate manager you particularly got along well with, you can always email them and ask if it's possible to be transfered back.

They might say no due to the manager leaving for another job, being on holiday or something like that, but at least you will know for sure.

And yes, it seems like picking the banner will be fine for what you are doing.
