Pay Per Lead - How can we avoid scammers

Hi ,

We run an affilliate program on ShareASale and so far we paid to our affiliates only by Pay Per Sale .

We would like to add Pay Per Lead option for each Email subscription .

1.From your experience , how popular is it ? from the affiliates point of view

2.Our main concern is that affiliates will just enter random Emails to get commission , how can we avoid it , or confirm the Email are from people who really interested in our subscription ?

    If you only require an email address, this will most likely lead to very low quality leads. You will need to ask more personal information in order to increase the quality of the leads. If you can add a phone number and hire a call centre to call every lead to confirm that they are interested, this should definitely work. Then you can pay per valid lead only.
