    You know what? Choose some good looking blog you like and submit it as your homepage. They don't care who owns this blog and they are not going to ask proof from you. This method will get you signed up to almost any cpa network.

    Maxbounty pay with paypal, and I don't recall them being that anal when I signed up with them.

    I didn't speak to any one on the phone, put it that way, but I did for a lot of the other cpa networks.

    It does help if you are already with a cpa network, and can mention that when joining another. A catch 22 if you are trying to join your first one though.

    Can't really blame the networks for being careful though.

    Why not apply and give them your phone number and talk to them. They just want to cover their butts.
