Leadimpact : i don't get the traffic that i have paid for !!

i have anold paused campaign with leadimpact, and i tried recentelly to run it again, so everything is fine the tracking URL for my LP is always the same and it work with another traffic source.. ( i double checked my links .and everything is ok )
i spend 6$ and i bid 0.15 for all my targets.. so i have to get 400 impressions
but when i check in my tracking system i found only 26 impressions !!!
i know that it's norml to found some lost clicks.. but not at this point .
NOTE : i have the same problem with another campaign before but i had a doubt .. but not im sure that everything is ok on my side .
