Need to find a pay-per-view video ad network
Hello Everyone!
I'm looking to find a pay-per-view video ad network that I can use on a site I want to build. I am looking for something that can be used in such a way that the user has to watch a video ad in order to unlock some content on my website. So, ideally it would have a player that would detect when the video was done playing and then have something I could hook into to determine when the video was done playing and only then show my content. Ideally it would be pay per play vs pay per click.
Does anything like this exist? I'm having trouble finding anything like this.
