how to sell ad space? buysellads?

hey WF, new to the forum. Quick question....

My website's difference then others is just NEW information i provide for "customers". articles etc...Eventually i will sell books...

I want to monetize my website eventually, but my question is, can i sell space a month for companies to advertise their ads on my site? Im pretty sure the word for it is a Publisher NOT advertiser? But when i read, Publisher makes it seem like you still have to click the ad or sell the product in the ad to get paid. BuySellAds is what i have been learning about. Im pretty sure they sell advertisments if you have good traffic and space. If my goal is 100,000 a day traffic, what would be the best way to monetize? Like i said, i only sell information which is free, its not a website for selling things kind of like spiritual help kind of deal. Also i just want to sell space............i dont want to make money by visitors having to click on the ads.....Thank you for your knowledge greatly appreciated

p.s (edit) if you have any suggestions on monetizing once i get 100,000 visitors greatly appreciated. Doubt ill do cpa but i guess maybe thanks
