I need some answers about joining a PPV network

1. Do I sign up as a advertiser or publisher?

I want to promote CPA but dont know what label to sign up as. The PPV network I am joining is Clicksor.

2. If I sign up as an affliate will be able to promote my CPA offer?

3. Is there any recommenededPPV - adware networks to join?

    I just joined mediatraffic.com a few days ago.

    I had to sign up as an advertiser, which is the case with cliksor as well.

    I just went and looked at there site real quick and the sign up process seems pretty simple.

    I think I might give it a go myself hear in the coming weeks.

    If you're promoting offers, you're an advertiser.

    Yes there are a handful that are worth joining. I think zango is not accepting anyone new right now though.
