Landing page - Email capture necessary for all niches?

From what I know there are 2 types of landing pages. ..One to presell (only) before sending them to your cpa offer and one that presells AND capture their email before sending to offer.

Are there some niches (ie...gaming, email subs) that you guys don't bother with getting email addresses or it doesn't matter and you ask for email with every LP?

    You can make money without building lists..
    however you can make much more by building lists..

    it's not needed, but you can make more money.. hopefully this helps answer your question

    In my opinion most of the time you want to be building a list to alleviate the risks associated with affiliate marketing.

    If the offer shuts down you still have the list to promote various offers. Also it allows you spend more money in advertising because the lifetime value of that lead would pay for it in weeks or months.
