New Adsense on the same site - revenue drop

Hello Warriors.
I recently sold one of my websites and new owner noticed revenue drop for 70%. He didn`t change anything, just put adsense code on it. Traffic is the same. He has pretty new account (few months old).

Any idea what is going on?
Did anybody notice or hear anything similar?

Thanks.

    before: 280€/day
    now: 90€/day

    online tv, movies niche

without any other affiliate link. As I said, content is the same, adsense code on the same places. Site on the same server... just new adsense code from another publisher.

Site gets the same traffic, almost the same number of visitors, standing of site didn`t drop.

Site gets only 50% clicks like before, but the same number of page views, the same CTR, which is really strange. My math doesn`t work here.

CPC is almost the same. RPM is 1/3rd like before. Any idea? Maybe because adsense account of new owner is pretty new?

I not expert on Adsense....but Why I in your thread because also want to learn from you.

presently I only managed to get 1 dollar ..good day maybe 2 dollar ++

page view roughly 3K ..impression 10k++

my niche is deal with Health and Fitness ..perhaps due to competition as advertiser give not much

My site domain actually 2 years but I revamp the whole site last dec ...

I do stop operate my site Only start back again last year April...lucky the domain still can get back.

Actually I learn from other Adsense users they claim this month CPC etc seem down..

          perhaps is a " common trend " ???

You`re in pretty competitive niche. And your impressions and page views are really low. You can maybe try with affiliate marketing. I had good results in this niche few years ago.
