Facebook ad account blocked

Hello,
I tried to open an ad account with FB and managed to make an ad. However, a day later FB blocked my ad account because of "fraudulent payment...". I answered all there questions and gave them my ID but their support decided to close the matter. Everytime I write to them they just reply with similar scripted explanation about fradulent payments. I have asked them if my account was hacked or if they will accept some other sort of payment other than credit but its as if they are not reading my questions. Just repeating the same thing over and over.

I have a ecommerce business that I invested quite a bit of money into and which relies on FB ads and I don't know what to do. I was not aware FB has become so erratic and unpredictably harsh. Can anybody give me some advice?

Does your bank account/bank card statement or credit card statement show the attempt to pay?

If so, you may be able to go through the Better Business Bureau Online or better yet, the BBB office in the city where FB headquarters is located: Meno Park, CA.

Write your story down in bullet points, along with the date of each event before you call. Organization is everything as you will get a much better response from whoever you talk to. It's been a while since I walked anyone through the BBB complaint process, so I'm not familiar with current forms or protocol.

Be prepared to provide personal banking evidence of account activity surrounding the pay attempt and FB claim.

The BBB is a fantastic resource. They are very, very good at resolving customer/provider issues.

Whether you go through the BBB or decide to phone FB corporate, you won't get anywhere without the proof from your end that the transaction was legitimate.

Thanks for the advice. I saw an attempt to pay by FB for $0.00. It's just irritating they won't bother communicating with you.

    Welcome to the club lol..

I was spending $1500+ a day on FB and my account was disabled without breaking any rules.

    Support is unresponsive and generic.

I've since diversified and have found other marketing avenues.

Terrible place to have your business predicated upon due to its erratic nature, unless if you can get a rep or something which used to be easy under their "Go" program which has been discontinued.

    Keep us posted!

It seems this has been happening for a while. You'd think they would try to keep a customer who pays $1500/day happy.

I'm confused, did you do anything shady? How did you make your payment? credit card? Was it 100% legit or was it a little grey/black?

I had just opened a new facebook profile under my real name and I used a my personal credit card which I use for everday purchases. My ads were approved and running for one day. I even sent them a photo of my ID. I don't see what I did wrong; I was very open with them. It seems they have a hacking problem and instead of trying to solve it they mitigate they risks by banning accounts that fit a certain profile. I've lost my trust in FB. This is not professional at all.
