Drove sales through my affiliate link & affiliate company tool is not reporting

Hi,

My friend was interested to purchase my affiliate product and I sat near by him and he purchased the product through my affiliate link. When I saw the affiliate company reporting tool, it saying no sales made. I waited for 10 hours and again saw the tool and still no sales made. Now, I lost hope of trusting the affiliate tool provided the company.

Can anyone please tell me what I should do as an alternative tool?

Use JVzoo or Warrior+.

  Yes, waiting for them to come online. How I can trust them if I make sales from unknown? Still they report as zero and that would be my waste of time to drive traffic to them even by spending money.

  You must talk to your affiliate manager. They need to confirm your affiliate link works maybe investigate the logs using your IP address etc... You must be able to trust your affiliate network otherwise it's not worth it.
