I would personally pick 50onred before both of them. For PPV, both have fairly low quality IMO.

  I have used Zeropark, it is low quality traffic but can work, but takes a LOT of testing.

1. Traffic Vance
2. Lead Impact

with zero park I had no results

I would avoid Mediatraffic at all costs if PPV is your thing. Stick with Zeropark but they have a strict approval process.
