  • In my opinion, Adwords is still the best. I get over 1,000 legal calls (DUI, family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and etc) a day, at a average call price of $2.07. Just all paid stuff, research, test, and with pay per calls, you can think outside the box and hit some gold mines.

As you run, look very carefully at the actual search terms people are using. Building your negative keyword list is almost more important than growing your keyword list because Google can show your ad for some really stupid $#%$^ sometimes, and waste your money.

Here are some networks I have worked with, or am getting ready to work with.

Ring Partner : Generate Calls | RingPartner
One of the larger networks with currently with around 90 offers in their network. They have paid me like clockwork for over two years on a net 30 basis. You can get weekly paid, but need large volume. They also have a very nice feature where you can create your own IVR sequence, and send calls not only to their offers, but to any number you choose. This really help route all call in's to their proper verticals.

The only semi-negative is they no longer pay using Paypal.

    Exact Match Media :
Exact Match Media: Pay Per Call | Mobile Marketing
These guys have around 50 offers, and are really starting to grow. Your personal rep will really work with you trying to help with your campaigns. They used to pay weekly to everyone, but recently changed to net 30 also. They also have a growing CPA network. Have always paid on time.

Quantum Digital Media : RingBound.co - Close to 20 offers right now, and a newer network. Their offers have been growing, but I have not had a chance to get them some calls and get paid.

    XY7 Elite :
Xy7Elite.com | Run by Super Affiliates, for Super Affiliates!

A combo of a small group of pay per call offers, and a CPA network. Payouts on the calls seem a little less than other networks, but they do have weekly pay options.

    The Lead Giant :
    Affiliate Programs | LeadGiant

Currently 11 offers, with the main ones being in the mass tort area. Have not gotten calls over yet to get paid.

    Maxbounty :
MaxBounty - Best CPA network for affiliate marketing programs

Mainly a CPA network, but they do have a few pay per call offers. Work with them for ages, always paid on time, and have weekly pay options.

    Dekafy :
    https://dekafy.com/

CPA/Pay per call combo network with currently 16 pay per call offers. Have not promoted yet, but payouts do seem to be well in line with other networks.

    Search Initiatives :
    Search Initiatives Inc

Plenty of offers, but they DO NOT PAY. So do not even try and go through their approval process (Or at least screwed me)

    Astoria :
    https://astoriacompany.com/

Getting approved is a bit tedious, but they do have close to 40 offers, been in the game a while, and do pay on time. Payouts are fair, and they do have some nice bundled offers.

    Call Factor :
Call Performance Marketing | Pay-Per-Call | Call Factor | Affiliate

Over 30 offers in a wide variety. Tested some offers, but have not used heavily. They were stagnant for a while, but seem to be putting new offers in recently. We have not gotten paid (Just over $100 from well over a year ago), but did not push the issue. Use with caution, but let us know if you have gotten paid with them, and we will change the status.

    Commission Junction :
    Cj.com

Over 40 pay per call offers, with a unique variety. Also one of the few places that has B2B call offers. Payouts net 30, and most all of you have heard of them before.

Be very careful following their marketing guidelines. We had an account banned with no explanation, and it was a Cj.com decision only. The advertiser contacted us personally and asked what happened, since they were very happy with the leads. It worked out better in the long run because we got a direct relationship, but still cost us over $1,000.

    Gooji Bear
    Goojibear - Mobile click-to-call network

Just joined them, and have a good variety of offers (Over 40). The descriptions in many of the offers are detailed, and helpful unlike some networks. So far my rep is very helpful, with a fast response time. Am setting up to run them today.

    Some other networks.

This is the campaign I am Trying to run. Adoption Assistance. It's main theme is that you need to find women who are pregnant and want to place their baby up for adoption at birth...
      {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[10757698].message }}
  • Adoption would be very tough because so many searches would be geared towards families wanting to adopt. And trust me, people do not read the ads, so you would be wasted money on the wrong target audience. And wow ... the term "give baby up for adoption" is $53 ... geesh.

Hate to say this, and do not say it often, this does not seem like something that could be marketed directly via pay per call. If you had a informational site about pregnancy, or something similar, could have a nice "Adoption Option" page. Or try a gamble with the terms pregnant, or pregnancy ... costs are showing as $.70, bid in the $.40's and you may get it to stick. I have this method working on one vertical ... super broad, but cheap keyword, and just good enough CTR rate to not get quality score slapped.
