What is the best logo ever created?

If you're asking me, I know I'm gonna sound all deja vu, but I have no other choice than to say - Nike logo. I was curious, so I did a little bit of reading about this great idea. It turns out that one designer, a student actually, created it for a few bucks. However, the guys in Nike were in the Good Karma mood and they rewarded this exceptional work with some impressive cash and shares or something, I think. Although a freelancer, I also had one guy a colleague freelance designer to create a logo specially for me. Something relevant to my copywriting business. I like it, and I'm proud about it. You know how they say, a logo is worth a thousand words and dollars, also. Cheers! N

You can not actually figure it out. It happens.

basicly have to have the "vision" for the product or company and derive a logo in the "name"
it usually is a hit & miss thats why allot do redesigns after a while
but indeed like Nike and allot of big brands they stick with it
Especially with clothing & apparel because thats what it is...

To which I previously answered, The World Famous Bahamas logo design is in my opinion one of the best logos ever created.

The designer redesigned the logo for the Bahamas and did an entire rebranding of their image.

Some of my favorites, aside from the usual Nike and Apple...

The Under Armour logo, which conceptualizes the letters U and A in an overall style that I think works beautifully...



The Sugarhouse Casino logo, which conceptualizes the letters U and O as a rotating slot on a slot machine...



And the Infiniti logo, which conceptualizes a road in perspective...

There are large number of different logos created in the world. But the most essential logo which I liked is of Olympic game symbol. This particular symbol is made of five interlocking rings of different colors.

This particular symbol was originally designed in the year of 1912 by Baron Pierre de Coubertin which is co founder of Olympic games. It is important to note that ring colors which are available with the white background stand for those colors which appears on the national flags.

Upon its initial introduction, Coubertin has made this flag in the year of 1912 and is also a combination of colors which are available in different flags of different countries. Countries flags from where these colors has been taken include almost all countries such as India, Ireland, Ivory coast for orange color, yellow and blue for Sweden, blue and white color for Greece, tri color for France, Germany and England, Belgium, Italy and Yellow for Australia, Brazil, Japan as well as China. So, this particular symbol representsall countries and it is truly an international symbol.

It is also essential to note that there are large numbers of different symbols available but this particular symbol is one of the best symbol which is not only international symbol but also represents different countries available all over the world in Olympics.
