Hey, looking for some ad network recommendation

Hey again

I have a small eCommerce site, fashion items (currently handbags, some jewelry soon).
Everything is designed and manufactured by my and my team, and shipped worldwide.
All my items are priced between 70-120$.

I'm looking to test some paid traffic, and looking for some ad networks with specific features:
- high end websites
- have design / lifestyle categories (the more drill down the better)
- I can see exactly which site's i'm gonna be featured on before placing an order
- small minimum spend. about 50$ to start with
- tier 1 countries (mostly Europe and US)
- great analytics capabilities.
- available on desktop and mobile
- graphic banners (not text based only)

Some more feature i'd love to have, if possible
- some more advance targeting (for example certain site section, or the ability to filter women only or age range)
- re-targeting option for later
- maybe some blog options as well (not only regular websites, but also some blog websites as well).

I'm not sure yet if i'll want ppc or ppv, so i'd love to test both.

I know i'll be paying more, but I kinda 'need to know it all' person, so those aspects really matter to me.
I'd love to get some recommendations, as I've seen some endless lists of ad network, and i just can't find myself there.
