How I can Start my Own Adnetwork ?

I am looking to start my own adnetwork.But you must top the answer to these questions
1) What sort of campaigns will you be promoting on ZeroPark? What do these campaigns aim to achieve (generate leads, downloads, installs, signups, etc)?
a) Do you own the product / offer that you will be promoting?
b) If not, did you acquire access to these products / offers through an affiliate network? If so, which one?
2) How did you find out about ZeroPark?
a) If you were referred to us by a friend or business partner, please state their name.
b) If you read about us on a forum, please state which one.
c) If you met us at a conference, please remind us, which one it was :-)
3) Please provide us an estimate of your monthly budgets.
a) what other paid traffic sources do you currently use?
