What is the best way to monetize traffic

I've done successful JV's like this:

1. Contact the person you want to JV with and tell them that you got leads eager to buy what the business is selling.

Tell them that you will forward the lead to him for 30% of the gross/net (gross is better for you) if that lead buys something. Tell him that you can do this as a test for a month and see if they want to continue later.

2. Start forwarding the leads to your partner, either by phone (writing up their name on the phone and telling them to come into the store/clinic), or by email (just forward the contact info to your partner and have their sales people do the selling on the phone).

3. Visit your new JV partner once a month to track the leads and sales, and get your share of the money.

I would start with Adsense ads to monetize the traffic. Then, start testing out different ways to capture leads. Once you have grown your traffic and optimized your lead generation and have a steady supply, start contacting potential partners to sell them to.

You can place your affiliate links and adsense in their. But you need to continue updating your website every now and them like creating unique contents. 300 visitors per month is not enough traffic to covert really well.
