Need Help Targeting Ads for My Digital Marketing Business

First off, I know this isn't 100% related to affiliate marketing, but my question does involve targeting an audience to sell to.

I'm running a business creating explainer videos for startups, companies, etc. I'm struggling a bit on how to target my audience on Facebook Ads. I've tried simply targeting people with job title "CEO, Founder, etc", but none of those clicks have converted into form submissions on my end.

Assuming my ads and landing page are great, does anyone have any better ways to target my audience better?

    I think a part of the problem lies within this statement "Assuming my ads and landing page are great".

    What is your CTR? And how many clicks have you got?

    If the CTR is good then the targeted audience is probably interested in what you're offering, so you need to improve your landing page.

    And you need to have a sufficient amount of traffic to really understand what's working and what's not.

    Another thing to take into account - Facebook traffic is usually a bit more passive than Google traffic. So, you have better chances with people who have already heard from you and know you. Have you tried custom audiences?
