How to find where competitor is advertising online?

Hi, if a competitor is using Google Adwords or Bing Ads, is there a way to find out where they are placing their ads online?

Specifically, I would like to know the URL of where the ad is being placed by my competitor so I can add it as a "placement" in Google Adwords. It would be better if I knew the full URL of where their ad is being placed - if this isn't possible, I would like to know the domain of where their ad is being placed.

Is there a tool or website that does this very well? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Open site Explorer, Monitor Backlinks and Ahrefs are all applications that will do the job.
The apps won't give you the full URL's but they will give you the domain names and some useful information about what keywords they are using to target traffic.

You mean which keywords they are advertising on ... or which destination URLs they are using?

Destination URL is easy - you simply click on their ads and voila For a full list of keywords, this can be tricky as all the match types makes it difficult to reverse engineer anything nowadays.
