I need some advices for the law niche

Hi!, Im coming here to ask for some advices for some project im currently running.

Im creating the website for a firm of lawyers, dedicated to traffic accidents (this is, they work for people that had a traffic accident and need help for getting paid by the insurance and stuff like that), I need to create a successful ad campaign for generating leads for them.

Here is the problem: they really dont have a targeted audience, this is not a product you can sell to people that has a preexisting interest on some niche, this a service you sell to people that had just had an accident, and that people can come from many different audiences and segment, so I need to find a way to get to them.

I have already proven through a small research on trends and keywords planner that the people from the location that my client is going to work on search for things like "how to charge my insurance" or " what to do after having an accident", after they had an accident, so I can use adwords for getting to them, but I would also like to get to people that has not had an accident yet, but might have them in the future.

Things here get a little fuzzy, because we are talking about people with cars, but also people who doesnt have a car, but might be involved in an accident as well.

I know that im asking for something quite complicated, but please let me know if you have any ideas that could help me.

    Have you tried content marketing?

Unfortunately, given the specifics of the timing you mentioned (ie., prospective need compared to actual present need), I am not sure PPC is the way to go.

I work with a number of law firms (specializing in SEO for them), What you are describing is NOT a successful adwords campaign for a legal firm. Liability/accident lawyers need clients that are ready to initiate legal action. If your client has to pay per click for people who may never ever be clients your campaign is going to go down the tubes and you could end up looking bad.

There's a lot of debate about PPC over SEO but in your case above if you are targeting for a future that may never come then SEO is the way to go - the law firm can build word of mouth advertising without paying per click. Social community engagement can also be used but then most law firms know that already.

adwords is most suited for quick and direct selling not for future may be most likely not clients.

That said if you do decide to do SEO for that niche please be advised that 95% of the SEO talked about on this forum is totally unacceptable for law firms in particular.
