What Networks and what amount of money in order to get start ?

Hello I am a completly newbie into cpa marketing I would Like to know what are the CPA networks where I would have the best chances of being approved in, I also want to know what amount of money to start investing (What is the less and regular amount of money investment to start with ?) knowing that I am willing to do paid traffic , and if you guys could help with some advices on how to optimize the expenses, that would be great,

    Quite sure Maxbounty and Peerfly would let you in as long as your marketing plan makes sense. You don't need a lot of money to get started, it's just that you need to stick with one method and not get carried away. Paid traffic is a different beast as it's all about split testing.
