Question about HasOffers and traffic restrictions

I've signed up to a CPA network which uses the hasoffers platform.
I want to run an offer with Adwords display traffic which is restricted to email traffic only.
My question is two-fold.
1. How can I run the offer without the network knowing that I'm running Adwords display traffic? Presumably they can see the referrer pushing traffic through the affiliate network redirect. If I cloak it with a redirect from my own domain with email UTMs attached, would that fool it?
2. I need to piggyback an Adwords conversion pixel onto the affiliate network pixel so that I can track conversions in Adwords and optimise. If I just plonk the Adwords pixel into hasoffers though, it will look very suspicious. Any workarounds for this?
