Where to buy good lists or find converting CPM services?

Well, the headline says it all.

I am tired of waiting forever to see some results in the SERPS with organic Google ranking. I would be pleased if someone could give me some hints where to buy lists for certain niches or CPM services that have a chance to convert. PMs are welcome too -

    Why not trying to use AdWords? That's very targeted traffic (and you can estimate what results you're going to get if your search engine rankings get higher).
    With other networks it's just the trial & error method - you MUST burn money to get results....
