there is an offer on one of the networks. it allows email marketing.
does that mean i can send it to solo ads ??????

    I don't think so it would work as networks are usually wary about email traffic. Also, these offers need to be approved first before you can even start promoting. If it's a cpl campaigns then I am sure it can accept solo ads traffic else I highly even doubt. Make sure you hit up your AM and he should be able to help you out.
