Converting Publisher's Banner Ad?

Warriors...

Is there a simple tutorial anyone can recommend that explains how to take a publisher's banner HTML ad and convert to gif or jpeg?

I'm trying to avoid the additional costs some media networks charge for the placing the code...

Thanks for any and all advice!

A shortcut I have used is to print screen, then paste image into photo program like paint, then crop, then save as your file format.

Its easy and if you're using a decent photo program, there wont be much distortion.

Be careful about avoiding rules and TOS though...id hate to see you forfeit commissions.

Do you have a favorite photo program that is easy to use?

Photoshop of Paint Shop. I often just do a "save as" on the banner to my desktop, open it and save it as jpg or gif. Simple. If you don't have it, you can buy software dirt cheap from ebay.

If the HTML banner is actually an image you can right click on it and just save the image.
