landing page help

I need some help on the cpa subject. when we talk about landing page and making one, is it simply a domain of our own that we put up a simple html page up (and make it pretty) and have a link to the original offers?
if yes, how do you go about buying bulk domains?
what registrar is cheaper and better?
would you use blogspot or squidoo for landing page? i am guessing it depends on offer as well, but in general does it convert lees than if you had your own domain?

    Why would you buy bulk domains? Why not just get a general domain and do something like generalname/com/datingcpaoffer, something like that. Not sure about the rest

    ok i guess we could do that. the reason i said that was becouse i hear people say its better and cheaper since you can have domain for each different offer thus keywords for it. but i actually like your idea better my self.
