Question for anyone familiar with Tracking 202 and subID's

Hey everyone,

sorry for posting this here, but the guys over at tracking202.com are terrible at getting back to inquiries.

So, I'm having trouble understanding the point of creating unique subID's in your affiliate network.

Problem is, in the affiliate network you can assign a unique subID of your choice to your affiliate link.

In Tracking202 however, that unique subID is not required. As is clearly stated in the set-up videos.

I understand that tracking 202 creates it's own unique subID, but then how am I supposed to keep track of the unique subID that I created, if it's not required?

I guess what I'm asking is, what is the point of creating a unique subID in your affiliate network, if your not even going to use it in Tracking 202?

You just need the link with the subid= part at the end. It is how you track keyword with Tracking 202. It creates a unique subid automatically for each click so that you can track that particular click later and see whether it converted or not.
