Any Ads program paying via Moneybookers?

I am from an area where paypal is not supported. Is there a valid ad provider like adsense who pay via Moneybookers? Adsense is good but it doesn't pay via moneybookers. Please only tell about an ad provider if you have tested it yourself. Thanks in advance

    @Adsquare Its not that i dont like paypal. Paypal is simply not available in my area however moneybookers is available here. I am using it to pay for my hostings and domain services so i will obviously prefer the ad services paying via moneybookers.
