Looking to Outsource PPV, CPC Campaign

I'm hoping there are some Warriors that are experts when it comes to PPV, CPC type campaigns. My website is mokanautos.com and I do have a monthly budget for the campaign. I'm trying to generate leads for a car salesperson and the leads we are getting are converting but I do this on a part time basis so looking for a better way to get traffic to the site besides article marketing, etc. Hoping to hear from some folks looking to make a monthly income for managing this project.
