Are my ads acceptable?

Hello.
Before I say anything I would like to say that I am a beginner in IMing. I recently created two ads to affiliate the clickbank product The Jump Manual. Here are my ads:

Increase Vertical Jump
Gain 10 inches in just 3 months!
Get started today.

The Jump Manual A Scam?
Can you really gain 10 inches?
You may be shocked by the truth.

Firstly I would like to kno which is better. If possible I would like to also know how to tweak the better ad to make it even better.

    Thanks for the input and interest from you both Rahulperry and tryinhere. I personally did not like the second one either. I had seen that method used in many other adwords campaigns so I wasn't sure.

    I like the first one. Google/Yahoo will run both and tell you which one works better. This one came to mind.
