    Are you talking about squeeze pages as in opt-in pages to build a list. Or are you talking about review landing pages that promote CPA offers?

      I'm not looking for review pages, but for opt-in pages (squeeze pages)
      that would have high quality design as professional CPA opt-in pages.

        i've looked high and low, (wanted to outsource the work) very few ppl do them.... we found 1 guy but he fell off the face of the earth and his site now has a virus warning.... go figure.

        very few designers who understand marketing, even less understand how to design for CPA and even less have the skillset to design that stuff (its very graphic intensive).

        i've done several but they're not cheap...
