CPA Email Submit vs Landing Page Quality Dilemma

Hi guys, I suppose most people promoting regular CPA offers with Adwords would lead visitors from the ad to a pre-sell landing page and then to the cpa offer page (if they bite, that is). But I understand no landing page is used for low-margin email/zip submits which is no problem when they are promoting using cheap CPV traffic.

But if I were to use Adwords Image ads, would direct-linking invite a thunder slap from the big-G due to landing page quality policies? If so, what can we do? Having a landing page for email/zip offers simply makes no sense.

    Well, it's just matter of testing.

    I would still try to capture their email - maybe you get them to complete not just one email/ZIP submit, but tens of them (a "freebie" list) as time goes by. Definitely my choice - if you give them good content and good offers, they may stay for a long time.

      Why not offer some content in which the user has to signup up to your list to get the free content (like a Free whitepaper or something) then pre-pop the email into the zip offer and your set...you get a subscriber that you can now market similar offers to in the future..plus you might get the user to hit submit once they arrive on your offer page...
