Do you think my adwords account will be banned for this

I have a video site that I want to promote using adwords. My plan is to target specific movie titles and give the visitor a tease of the movie and then ask that they complete a survey to continue viewing.

Do you have any experience in this area?

Is there anything that I should be watching out for to protect my account from being banned that I may be missing or does this plan sound fine?

Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!

I believe your ads will be taken offline (or will never go online in the first place) if you are targetting such terms. It is against AdWords TOS.

May not get your account banned, though it wouldn't be surprising considering Google's track record when it comes to banning accounts. Usually your ads either won't make it online, or may make it briefly before they are disabled either automatically or manually by their staff.

It seems that they allow some sites to target those type of keywords, mostly amazon and ebay but a few others too for certain titles. I have not seen this mentioned in the tos but Google has so much clutter when it comes to that area, I may have over looked it.
