Depends on what source of traffic it is. For email campaigns, that's huge. For site traffic, it depends on the referring source. Articles usually have a much higher rate than that.

It's a PPC campaign with landing page, using Adwords to generate traffic.

It also depends on how much the payout of the offer is. If it's a high payout offer, 13% to 15% would be a good percentage.

The payout is $30 and the keywords are .50 to 1.60.

It is very huge when it comes to e-mail campaigning. In my own experience on any CPA or PPS conversions, it ranges from at least 0.40% up to 2.2%, depends on the quality of traffic.

      The campaigns are
1 a CPA at $30 payout with the keyword cost of 2.00 to 5.00
      2. a CPS at $30 payout with the keyword cost of .60c to 1.4
