Ad networks that I could use?

I created a paid-to-click website, but I am having trouble looking for an ad network that doesn't have a PTC website as a restricted site.
I found adhitz, but haven't received much money from them. Is there any other ad networks that I could use that are good? What would be even better is if you know of an ad network that pays per impression.
Keep in mind that this must allow a PTC website in it's network. Thanks!
