Do CPA Networks handle callbacks?

Hi!

I have a website and I'm planning to implement virtual currency on it. It would be the best idea if people could get the currency by completing CPA offers. I know Offerpal is easy to configure, but their offers are not very good and mostly require users to take out their credit card. I was wondering if any of the CPA Networks you listed support calling back to my site to inform me that the "action" was completed so that I can make it count.

Regards,
Kubas

Maxbounty does, neverblue does, and I'm sure that most of them do. Do you have a script that runs the callback to your site? I was wondering about this a while back.

Thanks for a reply. What a relief that they do support it. Do you need a script? I can create one and post it here. As soon as they accept me first though

Do you know what's the average pay for completing incentive offers?

Incentive is an extremely hard niche to get into and explain.

Most networks view FREE ITEMS like cash, video games and ipods different than they view virtual currency.

You are far better off using offerpal, adparlor or super rewards to get the offers, managing them and setting them up is a pain. These places offer almost instant integration.

Also with them you can select the types of offers you want to show. So you can only have simple survey ones that do not require a credit card.

If I understand correctly, you want to set up an incentive site similar to swagbucks. I would stick with free gifts because a lot of networks that allow incentive traffic only allow free prizes and soft incentive as opposed to GPT and points. You will find it a lot easier to find offers for a freebie site. Adscend media and Revenue Universe seem to be the most popular networks for incentive offers. I hear InstaDollaz are quite good as well but haven't signed up for them yet.

Yes, that's exactly what I want to do. Have the users complete offers and grant them virtual currency for that. Later they can activate my software using the virtual currency they acquired.

bravo75: Thanks for great tip on incentive CPA networks. I visited your freebie site and seems Adscend is working well for you. How much in general do they pay for "Free" offers? I want to set my product to be worth 5-10$ and I'm wondering how many free offers the visitors would have to complete in order to reach the needed amount.

MrCruzin: I know Offerpal offers little amount of free offers, I haven't tried the surveys yet, but seems like a good idea depending on how much they pay for completing them.

Well, when it says the offer is free, then it is just that. In order to determine how many offer completions a prize is worth, then you have decide how much profit you want to make of each user once the cycle is completed and he or she has reached the required amount of credits or points. The way i have my site set up, is that the user has to earn one full credit before referring others. Example: If you want to earn $70 per full credit, and you have an offer that pays out $35 then the credit value of that offer is 1/2. If you have an offer that pays $7.00 then the credit value should be set to 1/10.
As I said though, I would stick to the referral system as a lot of CPA are now frowning upon GPT and point websites.

Please excuse me, I'm currently a novice, but how would it be possible to monetize purely on referral system? You mean to gather a base of people first and later send them e-mail advertising?

Not exactly. But the beauty of a good incentive script is that you are also building a list and you have the ability to send mass emails.
But basically, people land on your site and complete offers. They then refer others to do the same. You monetize from the original user filling out the offers and his/her referrals doing the same. It's pretty straight forward.

Yes, it's pretty straight forward. Wouldn't it be more clear if you wrote on the site that users need 1000 credits in total and thus avoid displaying fractions of 1 credit? If the offer is for 1/50 it looks a bit unclear to me, with 1000 total it could say just 20. Or is it a trick that you use on purpose, because most people don't understand fractions and 1/50 looks better than just 20 .
Can you tell me how much Adscend Media pays for incentive offers? Do you have much success with this site? I think the idea is great.

Incentive offers range anywhere between $0.40 and $50.00. The higher paying offers usually don't allow points or cashback incentives, thus the fractions. When you use the referral model, you can only use fractions.

I see. Can you explain a bit more why fractions are allowed for higher paying offers and points aren't? Why in referral model you can only use fractions? If it's some common knowledge, just slap me and I'll dig for answers
I can't see the difference actually as a fraction may also be a point value just lower than 1. Do they write about using referral model somewhere on the CPA network websites? I'd like to read more about how it is handled and what's allowed and what's not.

You know what, mate. I am not really sure why CPA networks prefer referral incentives over cashback or point incentives. I assume it its because when you use the referral mode, the advertisers get more eyeballs on their offers as opposed to just one user completing offers to get points. Their offer reaches a wider audience and the chance of someone actually being interested in their offer is greater.

Btw, Adscend is not the only CPA network in town. Revenue Universe, insadollarz, maxbounty and neverblue also allow incentives. However, maxbounty and neverblue are very fussy when it comes to incentive traffic and allow hardly any cashback incentives and very few point incentives. That is why I prefer the referral model - a lot more offers to choose from. You need to have around 70 offers on your page at any given time.
